Thanks to those who trust us...

We started moving on our path to success 8-9 years back and named our team of physios as physio-synchronized. This was probably the first of its kind effort as far as we know.We met people, shared the idea and employed physios who would earn for themselves. We maintained  the channel between our team and patients.   Other than our base camp at Koramangala, we were consulting at 8-9 different places. These included hospitals, sport academies, lifestyle management centres, old age homes, special schools and even sport events outside Bangalore.Regular job offers within the normal professional boundaries came in plenty because of our academic record but we were determined to move in a different direction.   We were also a part of publishing a locality news paper, this helped us to propagate our idea to some extent.Internet had still not become a publicity tool for local business, still we tried our hands on creating web information as well.   Back then fitness industry was setting in and physio set ups outside hospitals were rare. Most of the small hospitals and private nursing homes did not have even one physio specialist.Physio giving employment opportunities to other physios or being consultants outside routine hospital duties was not taken seriously even by some of our own colleagues and seniors.   We made in roads where people did not even know what a physio does.We got in touch with fitness magazines to make sure they make physio opinion a part of there publication. We are proud of the facts mentioned above.   It is good to see that in past few years, awareness about physiotherapy has changed and also physio clinics are coming up all over the city.We had to bring curtains down on team physio-synchronized in 2011,simply because we were over enthusiastic about carrying the idea forward and to provide benefit out of it to every one involved.   What we earned out of it? Well! loads of experience, great satisfaction and appreciation of course.   What about money? This is where we went wrong. Its not always that health professionals have a great business acumen. We do not graduate in business studies.    What does future hold for us? God knows best.   Our plans? To continue in the same stupid way as we have done for years, keep learning and upgrading our skills and as always, smile back at every little smile that comes our way.    What about the path to success? Success is a subjective  term and and road to success is almost always under construction.

The Physical Health Consultants,Bangalore Trapezius is a large muscle that extends from edge of the skull to upper back area. It is of great functional importance during our day to day activities.Working long hours, using computers, writing drawing or even watching television without adequate breaks; may lead to inflamation /spasm of this muscle. This inflamation may lead to localized pain, radiating pain towards shoulder and sometimes headache as an indirect consequence. The best way to avoid this pain is taking rest between long working hours and folowing a relaxation routine of 2-3 minutes after every 45-60 minutes of work.If pain persists on a regular basis then muscle relaxation techniques used by your physio may help in reducing the pain.In case of severe inflamation, cryotherapy or electro modalities may be used by your physiotherapist to ease up the muscle structure and texture.Never allow such an inflamation to become chronic because that may craete problems to overall co...
